GOLFER'S ELBOW: Not just for Golfers

While many golfer's will experience Medial Epicondylitis (also known as Golfer's Elbow, other performing repetitive hand and wrist tasks are also at risk. It can be prevented by proper form, warming up and stretching your forearm muscles. Massage, resting and icing are often recommended by doctors if symptoms are present.
